Come join your local Democrats and march the short route through downtown Monterey carrying a sign or banner. We can carry signs for Obama, our local candidates and we also have signs with the provisions of the Bill of Rights. Last year we were enthusiastically cheered by the onlookers and we anticipate the same this year.

Monterey County Democrats will be doing voter registration and informing voters about Obama and other Democratic Candidates at the largest event that celebrates, unites, and supports the LGBT community in Monterey County. We will also be building a network of supporters to form a local response to Proposition 8 - the Marriage Ban Proposition that will be on the November ballot.
